**Cancellation & No-Show Policy** We value your business and ask that you respect the salon’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least **24 hours** in advance. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee. **Fees & Charges** **Cancellation Fee:** Late cancellations and "no-shows" will be charged **50% of the total cost** of the scheduled service. **Deposits:** If a deposit was paid at the time of booking, that amount will be applied toward the cancellation fee. **Balance Due:** Any remaining balance for the cancellation fee will be automatically charged to the **credit card on file**. **No-Show Policy** An appointment is considered a "no-show" if the client fails to arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time without prior notice. In these instances, the full 50% fee will apply. **Late Arrivals** If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, **you will be responsible for the full session price.** *By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this cancellation policy.*
